REALNYX provides the website platform and processes the data on behalf of the office.

What we collect and why

When you submit a property or office enquiry we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number if you provide one, and the message. We use this data only to answer your request and, where relevant, to continue the property discussion.

The legal basis is your consent given by the checkbox on the form. You may withdraw consent by writing to the office e-mail above. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.

How long we keep the data

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and for up to three years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law.

Who receives the data

The listing agent and the office named on this website. REALNYX as the platform provider. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your country.
